Fastball Hitting Move Must Be Practiced

It isn't just about the swing. It is about the move to the baseball. A connected, clean forward move, using the ground to create force. That has to be practiced, slow and under controlled so that the players learns to repeat the move, then applied on the field, using the gaps.
